Kimono rarity with ikat silk.

This collector's item by Gianni Sarto combines two exceptional silk fabrics into a single masterpiece. The handwoven ikat silk from the Hindu Kush region of Afghanistan—a rare, artfully crafted silk—meets shimmering, purple doupion silk from India.

Wearable on both sides, this kimono offers two breathtaking style worlds: a vibrant ikat pattern on one side, pure elegance in plain on the other.

IKAT silk

Handwoven on narrow looms, this labor-intensive traditional weaving style is probably one of the oldest forms of textile design.

This kimono was handcrafted with perfection in Germany/North Rhine-Westphalia, with double-stitched contrast piping. A garment that's not only worn, but also collected.
