Return
There are two options:
- Kimonos that are individually made according to your measurements, specifications, and wishes are considered custom-made items – therefore, a return is unfortunately not possible according to the law (§ 312g BGB).
- For already made and immediately available kimonos, I grant a 30-day return policy. This means that you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
